What makes our care different
-
Care for perimenopause and menopause
We support patients throughout the full hormonal transition, including perimenopause — when symptoms often begin but are frequently overlooked or undertreated. -
Education-first approach
Appointments focus on understanding symptoms, treatment options, and realistic expectations, so patients feel informed and confident in their care. -
More than hormone therapy alone
Menopause and perimenopause care involves more than HRT. We provide education on related factors such as metabolic health, iron deficiency, nutrition, sleep, and mental health. -
Individualized hormone strategies
When clinically appropriate, we may consider options not routinely offered in general or publicly funded care, including testosterone for women. -
Structured, thoughtful care
We do not use subscription models or require frequent follow-ups unless medically necessary. Educational guidance and pharmacy support are available between visits, with all medical treatment decisions made during scheduled appointments.

Book an Appointment
Book an appointment with one of our nurse menopause educators to explore whether hormone replacement therapy is right for you. Where appropriate, our menopause clinician can prescribe hormone replacement that will be individualized just for you.

Treatment and Follow Up
In this phase of the treatment you will be administering the prescribed hormone therapy. At Prosper Menopause we believe in fully supporting you through this period as your individualized care is optimized for you. For this first year, a follow up appointment will generally occur within the first three of four months to discuss your progress and treatment in detail and explore possible fine tuning.

Annual Appointment
A year into your treatment, we hope that at this stage you are thriving in your menopause journey. You may decide to continue your care with Prosper Menopause, in which case we can outline a plan that works for you.
