Our Approach to Care
Hormone care is rarely one-size-fits-all. Our clinic focuses on individualized clinical judgment and patient education rather than protocol-driven or high-volume care.
We support patients through perimenopause and menopause, including those with complex symptoms, incomplete response to prior treatment, or medical factors that influence how hormone therapy is tolerated or experienced.
Menopause and perimenopause care is more than hormone therapy alone. In addition to discussing hormone options, we provide education on other factors that commonly affect symptoms, including metabolic health, iron deficiency, nutrition, sleep, and mental health.
When clinically appropriate, we may consider hormone strategies not routinely offered in general or publicly funded settings, including testosterone for women. These decisions are made carefully and always within a scheduled medical visit.
Our care model is intentionally structured. We do not use subscription models or require frequent follow-ups unless medically necessary. Between appointments, our team provides educational guidance, support with expected side effects, and assistance with pharmacy coordination, so patients are not left navigating care on their own.
