Kaila Craibe RN BScNNurse Menopause Educator

    Kaila has spent the majority of her career in critical care nursing, working in the ICU for the last 15 years.  She has also dedicated 10 years as a clinical instructor, educating nursing students for the St. Lawrence College.  Personal experiences with infertility and perimenopause symptoms are what piqued an interest in women’s health for Kaila. She describes studying menopause as an enlightening and invigorating experience. Having a passion for teaching, she is keen to translate her skills towards menopause education, helping women improve their quality of life during their own menopause journey.

    Kaila graduated in 2009 from Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Science in nursing.  She holds a certification in Confidence in the Menopause from the Newson Health Menopause Society.  She is a member of the Newson Health Menopause Society and the Canadian Menopause Society.

    Kaila is happily married and a busy mom of 2 young boys. She strives to maintain a healthy lifestyle through Crossfit and yoga.
