Sandra Bertoli BScN, NP-PHCNurse Practitioner, Menopause Focused Clinician

Having spent most of her career in public health working in the sexual health clinic for 17 years as well as providing primary health care to women and young children, Sandra has seen firsthand the struggles women face throughout the lifespan and often they suffer in silence. Experiencing her own challenges associated with pregnancy loss, infertility and perimenopause in addition to seeing so many women struggle with the changes associated with perimenopause and menopause fueled her to seek opportunities to help give women a renewed quality of life.

Sandra graduated in 2003 from Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She continued her education two years later and is certified as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner. She completed the Confidence in Menopause certification through Newson Health Menopause Society.

Sandra is a busy wife and mother of 3 active children. Outside of work Sandra spends many hours supporting her children at the arenas, soccer fields, and local pools. She maintains a healthy lifestyle with various activities including resistance training, walking, HIIT and Pilates.
