Our Philosophy
We believe menopause and perimenopause care should be thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in education. Many of the patients we see have been told their symptoms are “normal,” “too early,” or difficult to explain. Our role is to help bring clarity, context, and evidence-based options to complex or uncertain situations.
We care for patients throughout the hormonal transition, including perimenopause, and recognize that symptoms are often influenced by more than hormones alone. Education around metabolic health, iron deficiency, nutrition, sleep, and mental health is an important part of how we support patients.
Our practice emphasizes careful clinical judgment and clear decision-making. We work collaboratively with patients and other healthcare providers, and we do not replace primary care. Instead, we support patients during key decision points, transitions, and periods of reassessment in their hormonal health.
